Soft & Deep Tissue Massage
Relieves muscle tension, reduces soreness, and improves circulation. This treatment targets both surface and deeper layers of muscle to release tightness, promote relaxation, and speed up recovery from injury.
Myofascial Release
A gentle, hands-on technique that releases restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles. It improves flexibility, reduces chronic pain, and restores natural movement patterns, helping you feel looser and more mobile.
Photobiomodulation (Laser Therapy)
A non-invasive, evidence-based therapy that uses specific wavelengths of light to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and accelerate tissue repair. Ideal for joint injuries, tendon issues, and post-operative healing.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on assessment and treatment to restore normal joint and soft tissue function. Techniques include joint mobilisations and soft tissue release to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and alleviate discomfort.
Kinesiotaping
An elastic therapeutic tape applied to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. It helps reduce inflammation, aids lymphatic drainage, and provides gentle support during recovery or athletic performance.
Acupuncture
A clinically recognised method for pain management and injury recovery. Fine needles are inserted at precise points to stimulate the body’s natural healing response, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall wellbeing.
TENS & Neuromuscular Stimulation
Electrical therapy used to relieve pain, re-educate muscles, and prevent atrophy following injury or surgery. It promotes muscle activation, improves blood flow, and supports long-term rehabilitation.
Biomechanical Assessments
Detailed evaluations for athletes and dog handlers that analyse posture, gait, and movement efficiency. These assessments identify imbalances or weaknesses to create personalised treatment and exercise plans for optimal performance.
Rehabilitation & Sports Performance
Individually tailored exercise programmes to restore mobility, build strength, and enhance physical performance. Suitable for recovery from injury, post-surgery rehabilitation, or improving sport-specific function and conditioning.
Frequently Asked Questions

How can physiotherapy help?
We can help restore movement, reduce pain and enhance your independence. Whether it is following surgery, managing a chronic pathology or a niggle which you can’t quite put your finger on. We will conduct a thorough assessment to diagnose your condition and make a detailed management plan for you.

You can contact us through the website, call 07476820808 or email us at admin@vaultphysiotherapy.com . Please read our T&Cs prior to your first appointment with us.
